The Guide Live: Your Weekend round up for what’s on in Liverpool is here

We’re all on tenterhooks ahead of today’s England game and one cheeky monkey has a very special message for us all.

Our Jay and Rach are back at Guide Liverpool HQ with your round up for the weekend and with big footy action to come this afternoon, we’ve hunted down the best places to soak up the atmosphere and watch the game.

There’s a potential new job for Rach on offer at Coyote Ugly, Bold Street and if you watch today’s video carefully you may spot a very special message for our three lions lads from Knowsley Safari Park!

We’re grabbing our headphone and bopping around the city with a Silent Adventure before swapping our headphones for Leia buns and taking on some Stormtroopers at Exhibition Centre for Star Wars Gathering and finishing off our Saturday with a full on irish jig at the Liverpool Feis on the Pier Head. None other than Van Morrison, Imelda May and Shane McGowan performing live there.
