The Restaurant Bar & Grill in Liverpool is set to reveal an impressive new look as part of an extensive refurbishment.
The landmark venue temporarily closed its doors earlier this month (September 5) to allow for work to commence and will reopen in mid-October.
The project is being delivered by leading restaurant designer, Bernard Carroll of Carroll Design, who will enhance the glamorous feel of the iconic restaurant with contemporary and vibrant new furniture upholstery, statement lighting and wood finishes, which will be polished to perfection.
Located in the heart of the cityâs commercial district, the 200-cover restaurant is set in a magnificent 200-year-old building, which was originally designed as a bank. The up-market venue has been a popular choice for business lunches, drinks and celebrations for more than 14 years, providing stylish and yet relaxed dining from morning to night.
Speaking on plans for the interior redesign of The Restaurant Bar & Grill, General Manager, Kate Keyes, said:
âAs one of the longest running restaurants in Liverpoolâs Commercial District, The Restaurant Bar & Grill has always enjoyed an incredibly loyal following and I am confident guests will approve of our plans to give the venue a beautiful makeover that is befitting of such a glamourous city.
âInvesting in the redesign of the restaurant after the challenges brought about by the pandemic is testament to our confidence in the cityâs thriving food and drink scene, which is particularly booming around the Castle Street area.
“We canât wait to see the reaction from guests when we unveil our stunning new-look restaurant next month, just as we launch our new autumn menu.â
Featuring seasonal dishes and a raw food bar, the new menu at The Restaurant Bar & Grill promises to satisfy all tastes.
There will also be a new seasonal drinks menu, boasting cocktails to put the sparkle into every occasion as well as an extensive list of wines, premium spirits and beers, many of which are exclusive to the restaurant.
Reservations are open from October 11th.
