The White House Southport unveils fresh menu as new team takes over

The White House Southport has unveiled its new autumn/winter menu, showcasing a delectable array of seasonal dishes that will tantalize the taste buds.

Committed to delivering a superior culinary experience, The White House Southport has implemented a fresh ingredient policy, ensuring that every dish is crafted with the finest, locally sourced components.

The new menu, meticulously curated over the past few months by new Head Chef Paul Williams who has worked in some of the best hotels and restaurants in the North West, offers a delightful blend of classic and contemporary dishes. Start your culinary journey with enticing starters, including harissa roasted cauliflower paired with coriander houmous, pickled onion, and pomegranate, or savour the flavours of ham hock served with peas and Guinness bread.

The main courses take centre stage, featuring options like truffle gnocchi with roasted garlic, broccoli, and almonds, and pork ribeye accompanied by smoked aubergine, spiced carrots, and a sumptuous jus – all designed to warm the soul during the colder months. Dessert lovers will be enchanted by traditional favourites like sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream, as well as a classic chocolate tart complemented by raspberries and ice cream.

With a new senior management team in place, The White House Southport is set to undergo further enhancements in the coming months, all aimed at ensuring an unparalleled experience for its valued guests.
