The World Is Watching: Watch as we get you all the buildup to the Randox Health Grand National 2019

The week we have been waiting for has arrived, the biggest event on Merseyside and the biggest race event on the planet.
We went to Aintree Racecourse to see how preparations were going for The Randox Health Grand National 2019.
With just a few days to go until Aintree Racecourse opens it’s gates for this year’s Grand National Festival we thought we would head to the course to see how plans were going, and get you a full rundown on everything you need to know.
Thursday’s Grand Opening Day is set to start proceedings in style and talking style, Friday’s Ladies Day is set to to be the most glamorous to date. The last remaining tickets are available for Thursday and for Friday’s Ladies Day here, but these are expected to sell out, so be quick!
On Friday we are excited to be official media partner for this year’s Style Award with our Jay Hynd a sone of the judges. You can enter at the Style Award photo points on site up to 2.45pm, that winner will be crowned at 3.45pm.
Gates on Saturday open at 10am with the big race, the Randox Health Grand National 2019 taking place at 5.15pm and last race happening at 6.20pm.
Our big advice is to get the train! Merseyrail services are running to and from Aintree Station every 7 1/2 minutes. More info here.
