There’s a Fantastical Chocolate Festival coming to Liverpool
5 years ago

The Fantastical Chocolate Festival will begin a tour of the UK starting with a sold-out show in Liverpool on 13th October, a second show has now been added on 14th October.
The Fantastical Chocolate Festival brings a world of pure imagination and a delectable selection of the finest artisan chocolatiers, chocolate fountains and fondues, candyfloss flowers, candy apple stalls, ice-creams creators, giant chocolate eggs, bubble waffles and more. A sweet treat for all the family, The Fantastical Chocolate Festival will entertain and delight with singalong live music, themed characters and story corners, free themed photo booths and chocolate sculpting.
Kids can also enjoy the arts and crafts station, chocolate egg decorating, chocolate tasting and the chocolate factory play zone, while the big kids among us can also indulge in some naughty chocolate booze, including vodka, wine, gin and beers (also available to take home) and alcoholic hot chocolate!
It’s pretty safe to say that the UK is a nation of chocolate lovers. Consumers eat an estimated 660,900 tonnes of chocolate a year – an average of 11kg per person per year! So, it’s no surprise that The Fantastical Chocolate Festival – curated by organisers behind ‘The Great British Gin Festival’ and ‘Rum & Reggae Festival’ – has had such a positive response. The stops in Liverpool and Manchester have already sold out, so extra dates in these cities have been added.
Who could resist the chance to indulge in a chocolate tasting experience with a huge array of artisan chocolates and tasty confectionary, presented in the most scrumptious ways possible?
It’s not just chocolate and other delicious confectionary that all the family can enjoy at The Fantastical Chocolate Festival. Upgrade to a goody bag ticket and upon arrival you will receive a cotton chocolate festival bag to collect your goodies, The Fantastical Chocolate Festival hot chocolate mug, and a sweet or savoury skewer for dipping in the chocolate fountains on entry.
For all visitors, Willy Wonka-inspired characters will entertain and tell stories, there are arts and crafts and even the chance to create your own chocolate sculpture, although you’re unlikely to have long to admire it before some small, chocolatey fingers demand to break a bit off for a taste!
Of course, it doesn’t have to be all about the family. The Fantastical Chocolate Festival has a naughty side and is a perfect afternoon out with friends. Leave the guilt at home and indulge in the finest array of artisan chocolates, while sipping an alcoholic milkshake or hot chocolate, quickly followed by chocolate-infused booze of all types! It won’t be long before groups of friends are up enjoying the amazing live music and big singalongs. The Fantastical Chocolate Festival is a magical world of non-stop fun, full of tasty treats for all.
