There’s a new giant screen at Red Door for sporting events

Red Door is based on Berry Street, Liverpool and is launching a new giant screen for live football, racing and more.

The team at one of Liverpool’s most popular bars, Red Door on Bury Street, are welcoming the inevitable long awaited LFC Premier League accolade with the installation of a giant screen and stylish dedicated seating and booths for big games and sporting events.  

The 10ft x 8ft high definition screen and seating will provide a perfect setting for guests to enjoy all the live action of  Premier League clashes, the Grand National, Boxing, Golf, Tennis and selected popular motorsports in the comfortable surroundings of one of Liverpool’s coolest bars.

The large screen will make it’s debut tomorrow afternoon for the Watford v Liverpool FC match and will include the pre match build up.   After the game, guests will be able to sit back, relax and enjoy our live music and DJ’s.

Red Door owner Lee Lynch said “We have thought long and hard about installing a giant screen as we have no desire to become a ‘sports bar’.  However, in a city that is set to be the home of the Premier League Champions and Everton entering a fresh and exciting era with a fantastic manager, now seems to be the right time to offer the guests who love the Red Door the opportunity to follow their team or sport in surroundings they are comfortable with.

We wanted to create a welcoming space for those who enjoy great sporting occasions.   The screen is completely retractable and the Red Door will still retain the cool vibe it has become famous for with great bar service and live music.  The screen will also be a welcome addition to our facilities for those guests who choose us to host their private events and parties as well.  We look forward to welcoming the Red and Blue halves of the city to support their teams over the coming months and seasons”
