School’s out for February half term in Liverpool and we’ve got loads of fun days out lined up for you.
Here’s 25 things you can do with the kids this February half term in Liverpool……
1 – Family Ravin Fit, Camp & Furnace
Ravin Fit is holding a family friendly special at Camp & Furnace on 19th Feb. All proceeds go to The Bobby Colleran Trust. Tickets here.
2 – Ben & Holly’s Little Kingdom Live, St Helen’s Theatre Royal
If you’re little ones can’t get enough of Ben, Holly, Nanny Plum, Gaston and Wise Old Elf, you can’t miss this live action stage performance at St Helen’s Theatre Royal on 23rd & 24th Feb. Tickets here.
3 – Singing Workshop, Handyman Smithdown
Fancy joining in a big family sing along this half term? Hollistic Harmonies is hosting exactly that on 2st Feb. Perfect for those with younger kids. Details here.
4 – City of Light, Sefton Park
Don’t miss the incredible Lantern Company free event ‘City of Light, City of Sanctuary’ at Sefton Park lake on 20th-24th Feb.
5 – Wild Air Adventure, Cronton Colliery
Struggling to get your kids away from their tech? Try the Wild Air Adventure half term camp at Cronton Colliery which aims to get kids back to basics with outdoor play and more. Info here.
6 – Big Kid Circus, New Brighton Dips
Big Kid Circus returns to New Brighton Dips from 18th-24th February with an all new, all-human show! The on-site ticket office is open from 10am til 8pm.
7 – Family Fitness Day, Sefton Park Palm House
You’re invited to try out lots of fun family activities and sports at the Palm House, Sefton Park on 17th February from 12pm-4pm. There’s Yoga, Salsa, bike rides, mamma fit and more. Info here.
8 – Escape Hunt, Royal Albert Dock
If you’re looking for a fun activity to check out with teens, head to Escape Hunt, Royal Albert Dock this half term. Take on Black Beard in the quest for his treasure! Find out more here.
9 – Sleepy Stories, Storybarn, Calderstones Park
Storybarn is celebrating its 3rd birthday with three days of magical story telling from 20th-24th February at its Calderstones Park base. Pjays and teddy’s are optional! More info here.
10 – The Little Mermaid, Epstein Theatre
All your favourite character from the Hans Christian Anderson tale, The Little Mermaid come to life on stage at the Epstein on 22nd February. Expect loads of fab songs, amazing costumes and memorable moments. Tickets here.
11 – A Winter’s Trail, Speke Hall
From 16th- 24th February you can explore a Winter’s Trail at NT Speke Hall. Follow the Sleepy House Mouse trail around the hall, sit down for storytelling or make some winter and nature inspired crafts. More here.
12 – Southport’s Indoor Splashworld
There’s fun and frolics whatever the weather this February half term at Southport’s Indoor Splashworld. Open 7 days a week this is a great treat for the kids, especially on a rainy day. Open from 10am. Info here.
13 – Autism & Disability Sessions, Calderstones Fun Fair
Calderstone’s Park is hosting a Valentine’s Fun Fair throughout February half term week and on 20th there’s an autism and disability friendly session. Print out the leaflet and get 10 tokens for £10. More info here.
14 – Mary Poppins & Crafts, Victoria Gallery & Museum
Head to the Victoria Gallery & Museum on 21st February to make some huge flower power crafts and experiments with University of Liverpool scientists. Family on 23rd Feb includes Mary Poppins and banner crafts. Free sessions and no booking required. More info here.
15 – Imagine That, Wavertree
There’s all kinds of interesting experiments for your little tinkers to explore at Imagine That, Wavertree, this February half term. If they’re into dressing up, crafts , science fun and water play, this is the place for you. More info here.
16 – Nerf Centre Liverpool

17 – KidsFest, The Atkinson Southport
There’s something on everyday from 18th-23rd February at The Atkinson in Southport as Kidsfest brings half term fun to life. Expect plays, musicals, crafts, music and loads more. Details here.
18 – Liverpool Cathedral
There’s free arts and crafts sessions on at Liverpool Cathedral on Monday 18th February from 10:30am. Derby Mouse will be on hand for lots of half term fun, there’s a family trail to explore and kids eat free with every full paying adult in the restaurant too! More info here.
19 – Zog Half Term Special, Williamson Gallery, Birkenhead
There’s a ZOG extravaganza happening at the Willliamsom Art Gallery in Birkenhead. Book your tickets for 20th Feb sessions and have fun learning about first aid kits, making dolly well and making badges. Suitable for under 6’s. Info here.
20 – Graffiti Workshop, Zap
Your kids are invited to get creative with a two hour graffiti session at Zap, Oldham Place very Saturday from 2pm-4pm. Design your own 3x3ft poster to take home. More info here.

Did you know that Royal Albert Dock’s Matel Play! offers autism friendly sessions? Meet Fireman Sam, Thomas the Tank Engine and Bob the Builder for half term fun this February. Book online here.
24 – The Story Box, Walton Life Rooms
Creative Spaces Co. and The Bookworm Players are bringing their new interactive reading event to Walton Life Rooms on Tuesday 19th February. Children 4-11 and their grown-ups are invited to join them for a fun filled afternoon of storytelling, games and crafts at the free drop-in event from 1pm. More info here.
