This is what happened when John Legend came to Liverpool
7 years ago
John Legend came to Liverpool and took our Echo Arena by storm with the likes of ‘Love Me Now’, ‘All of Me’ and ‘Ordinary People’.

Since the release of his first album ‘Get Lifted’ back in 2004, John Legend has become one of the planets best known and most successful musicians working with the likes of Kanye West, Jay Z, Kelly Clarkson, Ariana Grande and even Lauren Hill (did you know he played piano on her 90’s anthem ‘Everything is Everything’?).

Now five albums in, and having penned one of the biggest hits of the past decade in ‘All Of Me’ he really is at the top of his game.
He wowed fans at our Echo Arena last night with an incredible set during his ‘Darkness and Light’ tour. Support came from Jack Savoretti. We took the cameras along to capture some of the action before his gig.
