This lady is a true inspiration – Meet Merseyside’s Mrs Marathon, Jo Moody

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it’s MARATHON MOODY!
We caught up with Merseyside Mrs Marathon, Jo Moody as she continues her mission to run 200 miles during 2016. Already she has won medals as far as Disney World in Florida, next up she is taking on the Tour of Merseyside.
In March 2015, Jo suffered serious medical problems with stroke-like symptoms and was left immobile, bed-ridden and hospitalised. Determined Jo has set herself a target of two marathons – Disney in January 2016, and London in April 2016.
She is raising money for Radio City’s Cash for Kids and Walton Neuro Centre. Info below…
