March madness hits the city this week with plenty of music, food, theatre, comedy and of course derby day action.
This week in Liverpool is bursting with events and activities and seeing as the good weather is set to stick around, why not take the opportunity to have a mooch around the markets, update your wardrobe or enjoy an al fresco lunch? Okay dining outside might be a bit ambitious but with Global Scouse Day 2019 sweeping the city on Thursday, just make sure you’re hungry!

Monday 25th February
Rapide Lunch at Bistro Franc, Hanover Street
Did you know you can enjoy a two course lunch at Bistro Franc for just £10.50? The menu changes every week and serves up fresh, tasty dishes to suit all tastes. The prawns and quinoa gets our thumbs up! Menus and more here.
Fill A Bag, Leaf on Bold Street
Bags at the ready ladies as Leaf on Bold Street hosts another Fill A Bag event with the Whitechapel Centre. It kicks off at 6pm, fill a bag for £10 and do your bit for an amazing charity. Info here.
Movie Night at The Viking Pub & Bakehouse, West Kirby

The Bodyguard, Liverpool Empire Theatre
Calling all Whitney fans, this is a must-see! The international, award-winning smash-hit musical based on the blockbuster film, The Bodyguard is at the Liverpool Empire from 26th Feb until 9th March and stars Alexandra Burke. Tickets and info here.
BEAT Tour, Crazy Pedro’s, Parr Street
Crazy Pedro’s is hosting the BEAT Tour on Tuesday from 1pm so whether you’re in hospitality or just like a tipple go check this out. There’s 3 seminars planned and plenty of drinks. More info here.

Mark Watson, The Infinite Show, Epstein Theatre
If you like your stand up comedy with a side of breathless ranting, this is the show for you. Comedian Mark Watson plays the Epstein Theatre on Sunday with his ‘The Infinity Show’ tour.
