Titanic Hotel Liverpool has launched an exciting new outdoor Colonnade menu for both residents and non-residents to enjoy in the upcoming summer months.
From mouthwatering salads that can be enjoyed with a chilled glass of wine to freshly made sandwiches using the finest, seasonal ingredients, there’s something for any warm occasion.
For casual summer lunching, diners have a choice of two refreshing hand crafted salads. Titanic’s delicious Waldorf salad made with creamy blue cheese, walnuts, apples and grapes or the Caesar Salad, a well loved favourite.

Heartier options include an array of flavoursome sandwiches such as Scottish smoked salmon with horseradish crème fraiche, Treacle glazed gammon on a bed of rocket and free range egg mayonnaise. All of which are served on a choice of white or wholemeal bread, with fries and a bed of salad.
Pizza lovers can indulge on thin base, homemade pizza’s freshly made by the chefs at Stanley’s Bar & Grill. Diners can enjoy traditional flavours such as the simple English mozzarella with smoked garlicand rosemary, to the meat lover’s favourite of pepperoni and red pepper. Other less traditionaloptions include the pulled pork pizza, served with caramelised onion, mozzarella and Titanic’s famous Rum ketchup.

Guests with a particular sweet tooth can enjoy tantalising desserts such as Apple and Blackberry Frangipane Tart and Classic Crème Brulee. For those looking for a lighter option, Titanic’s array of homemade Ice Creams and Sorbets are a delicious way to end any meal.
There’s also a fantastic choice of Summer Mocktails to be enjoyed. Options include the Strawberry Mule, made with fresh pineapple, limes, strawberries and blended with ginger beer to the Cumber- Witch made with lime juice, elderflower cordial, mind cucumber and elderflower tonic. For something slightly punchier, the Virgin Bloody Mary is always a winner!
