Bad Staff Bootcamp’ is a laugh out loud comedy, dealing with real people with real problems. 

Unfortunately for them, the company “Carphone’s 4U’ has had enough! The company is struggling and the future of the current employees is bleak and the threat of redundancies is real.

So team manager ‘Rachel’ decides as a last attempt to embark them all on a motivational BOOTCAMP to improve sales and moral. Five reluctant work colleagues who barely like each other are forced to spend the weekend together. 

 Their livelihood and self-worth depend on making this work. But can they?
