Celebrating seasonal produce all year through, Belzan have spent the summer months serving up the very best of British produce. For one night only, they’re giving diners the chance to enjoy summer flavours in abundance with their five course set menu.
On Tuesday 22 August guests can enjoy five courses cooked by Head Chef Mark Dickey.
The evening’s menu includes:
Isle of White Tomato, Smoked Gazpacho, Pickled Celery
Grilled Mackerel, Mackerel Danish, Peach
Ex-Dairy Cow Bavette, Burnt Summer Pickles, Brown Butter Sauce
Ragstone Goats Choux Bun, Blueberry Jam, Walnut Craquelin
The menu is priced at £65.
