Mother’s Day is one of the most important dates on the culinary calendar and for Sunday 15th March Paul Askew and his team have created a wonderful gastronomic experience.
Embracing the forthcoming spring season and the wonderful produce available across the region, this occasion will celebrate all of the amazing mums with their loved ones. There is also a junior menu for 12s and under so all family members are very much welcome to experience The Art School for the Special Mother’s Day Luncheon.
Spring is a special season for Paul, with its abundance of asparagus, Wirral watercress, wild garlic, new season lamb, Jersey royals, Smithy’s Southport mushrooms, Ormskirk leek and more. Spring heralds change across the landscape and with it, informs what comes out of his esteemed kitchen, too – including for Mother’s Day.
