Set against the luscious green backdrop of Calderstones Park in the Spring, treat yourself and mum this Mother’s Day to an afternoon of incredible food and drink prepared by our onsite chefs.
Live music from William Ovenden will soundtrack the afternoon where we’ll serve up a delicious roast dinner with all the trimmings alongside a starter and/or dessert.
Tomato and basil soup with sourdough bread. (VE)
Hot Smoked Salmon Salad, Watercress, Cucumber, Capers, Fresh Horseradish and Boiled egg (GF)
Ham Hock Terrine, Homemade Piccalilli and Toasted Sourdough
Roast Chicken, Roast Beef or Nut Roast.
Served with Roast potatoes, Carrots, Braised Red Cabbage, Vegetable Hash and Tender Stem Broccoli, Yorkshire Pudding and Pan Gravy.
