THE WBA WORLD featherweight champion, Nick Ball, will defend his title in a homecoming fight this winter.

Back in Liverpool, Ball will be facing Ronny Rios, an American, who is coming off of a fifth round knockout in April.

The fight night is also set to include local lads Brad Strand and Jack Turner amongst many other exciting title fights: Andrew Cain and Joshua John for the Commonwealth and vacant British Bantamweight title, as well as the undefeated Henry Turner and Jack Rafferty will fight for the Commonwealth, WBC International Silver and British Super-Lightweight titles.

Plus, the stacked card will also feature Jadier Herrera and Nelson Birchall.

The event will take place in on Saturday October 5 at the M&S Bank Arena.

Tickets go on sale from 10am on the August 22.
