Available throughout the month in the Botanic Tearoom, an exclusive Valentine’s Afternoon Tea menu will be served in the hotel’s signature three-course style, set against the enchanting backdrop of a stunning cherry blossom tree.

This luxurious experience features themed delights, including the ‘Titanic Cure’ sandwich – with award-winning locally smoked salmon and lemon and dill cream cheese – alongside sweet treats such as a strawberry and cream choux bun and a rhubarb and custard macaron to finish, with Tea Sommeliers on hand to guide guests through the experience.

Valentine’s Afternoon Tea is available throughout February and can be booked here.

Over in the Seaforth Restaurant, guests can begin their romantic meal with a seasonal Valentine’s cocktail crafted by MGallery mixologists. Chef’s specials for the evening include lobster mac and cheese or moules au champagne to start, followed by classic beef wellington or a decadent 800g beef tomahawk to share.
