Voyagers Restaurant & Bar is bringing Christmas cheer to Liverpool’s Ropewalks this winter with a packed programme of festive dining experiences, from elegant afternoon teas to a five-course New Year’s Eve celebration.
The launch of the seasonal menu comes as Voyagers is named a finalist for Restaurant of the Year in the Taste of Liverpool City Region category at the Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards 2025, recognising its growing reputation and contribution to the city’s hospitality scene.
Running from 21 November through to New Year’s Eve, Voyagers’ festive line-up has been created to suit every occasion — whether it’s a relaxed gathering with friends, a special family meal or a work Christmas party.
Highlights include the Voyagers Christmas Social for groups of six or more, offering a menu of seasonal small plates such as sticky glazed short rib, spiced parsnip soup with charred focaccia and chestnut gnocchi. Prices start from £22.50 per person, with private dining available for up to 16 guests and full venue hire for larger parties.
Voyagers’ popular afternoon tea will take on a festive twist throughout the season, featuring treats like smoked salmon and prawn cocktail sliders, roast turkey sandwiches, Viennese mince pies and After Eight macarons. Guests can choose from a Classic Festive Afternoon Tea (£37.50) or Champagne Afternoon Tea (£43).

There’s also a Festive Cocktails & Canapés menu available until 23 December, perfect for groups looking to toast the season in style, and two festive brunch sessions on Saturday 6 and 13 December featuring live acoustic music, a cocktail, prosecco and a dish from the brunch menu for £35 per person.
The celebrations end in style with Voyagers’ New Year’s Eve experience which involves a Champagne cocktail on arrival, acoustic music, and a five-course tasting menu priced at £95 per person or £145 with paired wines. Guests can ring in 2026 on the roof terrace with Champagne and sparklers at midnight, with accommodation packages available from £199 per person.
Head Chef Jake Parry said: “We’re thrilled to be recognised in the Liverpool City Region Tourism Awards. Our festive line-up brings together everything we love about this time of year — great food, atmosphere and togetherness. We’ve given classic Christmas flavours a signature Voyagers twist to create something really special.”
