Watch as we take you on site ahead of The Knowsley Social launching this week at Knowsley Estate.
We meet Knowsley Social founder Danny Thompson who gives us all the info you need ahead of the 9-week long socially distanced festival which kicks off this Thursday 20th May with Bingo’s Bingo followed by Heather Small on Friday 21st.
A purposefully built big top tent will hold 9 weeks of major events this spring and summer starting with M People’s Heather Small, Bongo’s Bingo every Thursday, DJ Craig Charles and The Real Thing, the InDemand Radio Summer Soiree and many many more.
M People star Heather Small, Bongo’s Bingo and DJ Craig Charles will be among the big name acts to launch the North West’s biggest socially distanced events space this spring and here at The Guide Liverpool we’ll be bringing you all of the action as it happens.
The Knowsley Social, which will launch on Thursday 20th May in the grounds of the Knowsley estate, is a purposefully built big top tent comprising of 200 socially distanced pods for people and families to enjoy show-stopping music concerts and events including Bongo’s Bingo, Liverpool Disco Festival and Milkshake Live!
The In Demand Summer Soiree will feature DJ Lee Butler, singer Rachel McFarlane and more completely sold out in just 10 minutes with a new date expected to be added soon.
The Knowsley Social tent will hold 1000 people. It will run from May across 9 weeks with a variety of big name acts as well as weekly events including further star performances.

The exclusive pods will be two meters apart and include table service comprising various dining and drink options. VIP pods are also available.
One Night in Heaven and Proud singer Heather Small, who had a string of 90s smash hits singles with M People, will be the first headline performer. The songstress is planning a night to remember before Devine and The Shapeshifters take to the Knowsley Social stage on Saturday 22nd May.
The Knowsley Social will give the North West a ‘packed programme of amazing entertainment and something to look forward to’ say organisers as the government produced its roadmap out of lockdown.
Tickets prices for the various events start at £25 per person.
