The GPO is brand new to Liverpool and is located inside Metquarter, offering up a huge range of different cuisines and drinks.
It’s the biggest food hall in Liverpool, and features 12 independent food and drink vendors, celebrating the best in local food and drinks.
Starting with breakfast and going right through to late night drinks, you can sample more than 400 different dishes in a huge 11,000 sq ft space seating up to 300.

1. Konjö
Konjö is an Eastern-Asian street food inspired vendor, cooking food that is fueled with fire over Japanese Konro BBQs. From Korean-friend chicken, to Char Sui pork neck, Konjö brings the best of an Asian street food market to Liverpool City Centre.
Konjö is big on quality produce and flavour and dishes are perfect to order for yourself, or you can order a selection and share with a group of mates. You can enjoy skewers, snacks and small plates, with everything being cooked over a Japanese Konro BBQ Grill.

2. MorMor
MorMor is an award-winning independent food trader based in the North of England, making health-conscious food inspired by the cuisines, cultures and colours of the levant – the historical name given to the region spanning the eastern Mediterranean.
MorMor’s food is rich in colour, bold in flavour and it strives to use only the freshest ingredients, locally sourced and organic where possible. Everything is made in-house and fresh that day, from their award- winning shawarma, to future classic shakshukas.

3. Jailbird
Jailbird serves up Nashville style chicken for those that like it spicy. Originally inspired by the owner’s travels across the US, sampling the best food the south has to offer; Jailbird has evolved through the love of loaded fries and great fried chicken.
Indulge in 3 levels of heat to your liking. You can enjoy mild heat with dishes that include just a hint of chilli, take on medium heat, or really test yourself and try out the Nashville-inspired HOT spiced fried chicken.
It’s a guarantee you’ll have never tried fried chicken quite like Jailbird’s at The GPO.

4. Chit ‘N’ Chaat
Chit ‘N’ Chaat is bringing Indian cuisine to The GPO, with vibrant and delicious authentic dishes. You’ll be able to immerse yourself in fantastic flavours, inspired by parts of North and South India.
If you are into Indian food, this vendor is perfect for you to check out. You can order everything from small dishes and sides, to larger plates.

5. Patty B’s Burgers
Patty B’s Burgers is all about its burgers, dirty sides, and… Pat Butcher. Having a product that is found everywhere up and down the country, the guys at patty B’s wanted to stand out a bit with their tongue ‘n’ cheek take on branding and exceptional burgers.
Patty B’s doesn’t pretend to be anything other than the best dirty loaded burgers in town. Don’t eat meat or diary? Patty B’s has you covered with its selection of vegan burgers.

6. ICE
ICE Desserts & Shakes is the GPO’s answer to all things desserts. This vendor will serve you a wide range of Instagrammable ice cream, desserts and shakes.
ICE’s desserts are always fresh, carefully selected, and delicious, with its ice cream sourced locally from a family business. You can create your own dream ice cream combinations for the perfect end to any meal, or enjoy waffles, crepes, cones, tubs and more – all fully customisable.

7. Monkeyboard Coffee
Monkeyboard Coffee sources the best single origin coffee from around the world and supplies quirky and unique blends. The team works closely with their roasters to acquire the best quality coffee, giving you the best tasting experience possible and delivering freshly roasted coffee to every visitor at The GPO.
Not only can you get hot drinks at Monkeyboard Coffee, you can also order cocktails, cold brews and even some sweet treats!

8. Hee Kee
Hee Kee is a dining concept that originates from Hong Kong and is inspired by the 1970s and 80s. The kitchen derives from a unique Hong Kong eating style and spirit, which is economically effective, fast and delicious!
Hee Kee provides a wide range of authentic dishes, from dim sum to roast meats. Hee Kee is The GPO’s latest food vendor and brings another cuisine to Liverpool’s largest food hall.

9. Nama
Nama is also new to The GPO and brings all things sushi to the food hall. Nama is a contemporary Japanese concept that serves high-quality sashimi, nigiri, wagyu, caviar and more. All its dishes are made using raw, sustainably sourced, premium grade UK, EU & Japanese ingredients.
Keep watch for upcoming champagne and sashimi evenings hosted by its talented chefs!

10. Carousel Cheese Company
Liverpool’s first revolving cheese & wine bar! On the Carousel Cheese Company belt you will find a great selection of cheese from British farmers and charcuterie from northbysudouest, an award winning Liverpool-based company, along with some cheese garnish pairings from the amazing Fermentation Station.
The idea of this new cheese bar is for people to experience the depth and breadth of cheese and understand the personal family business involved. Each cheese has its own story and at Carousel Cheese Company, the team can tell you the name of the farmers who made the cheese, the breed of cow, goat or sheep and the farm’s location.
Pair this exceptional cheese experience with a traditional sushi conveyor belt and some world-class natural, organic wines and you have a truly unique dining experience.

11. ALs Gongcha
ALs, which is short for Alishan, is the most famous tea growing area in Taiwan. The mountains exceed elevations of 3000 meters, which have provided Taiwan with a unique advantageous environment to grow tea plants.
“Gongcha”, means royal tea, which can only be offered to the Emperor in Chinese history. Als Gongcha at The GPO serves bubble tea, smoothies and boba style drinks with a whole range of incredible toppings, from popping flavoured boba to cheese foam.

12. The GPO Bar
If you’re out for the evening and visit The GPO for some food, you need to check out the bar! You can enjoy a wide range of popular beers, wines, spirits and more, including The GPO’s very own beer and cider.
But that’s not all, The GPO Bar also has a selection of tasty cocktails for you to sample. You can order all the classics, but if you are feeling adventurous, why not try one of the unique cocktails on offer, like a Cherry Cuba Libre, or a Japanese Hi-Ball.
