We made it people, we survived another week and finally got to our favourite thing in the world, the weekend. As always tonnes going on in and around Liverpool to get stuck into, whether its tasty food you have never tried, bands you have never seen live, or parties you have never experienced.

Comic Con…
First up we got to talk Comic Con 2017 ahven’t we! The Exhibition Centre Liverpool will be over-run with superheroes, comic book fans and gamers this weekend as MCM Comic Con returns for the second year running. Night Garden at Camp and Furnce – Friday
Our favourite regular foodie Friday night returns to the Baltic Triangle this evening from 6pm, bringing with it a Maray menu bursting with flavour and never before served dishes. As well as that you will be treated to some very tasty tunes and of course the perfect array of cocktails to get your weekend started in style. Enter the magical forest, unwind and enjoy. Hudson House Seafood & Bar
The newest kid on the Liverpool foodie block opened it’s doors at the old Heathcotes venue inside Betham Plaza last month and already people are raving about its stunning bar area and delicious freshly served seafood offering. With Lobster Thermidor, Moules Mariniere & Pan Fried Stone Bass on the menu it really is a seafood lovers dream. Love your Mexican food? And let’s face it who doesn’t adore Mexican beer? Lucha Libra just off Bold Street takes inspiration from the restaurants and streets of Guadalajara – inventive, exciting with a contemporary twist. Neighbourhood Liverpool

Vintage 1st Birthday at Underground Liverpool
Ready for a glitter & glamour fulled adventure in one of the area’s best clubs? On Saturday 11th March, Vintage welcomes Tara McDonald, the artist responsible for some of the most iconic vocals which are sure to evoke memories of some of best clubbing experiences over the past decade and beyond. One of our fav’s is in town! Sheridan Smith is here starring in Funny Girls at the Empire and of course she is smashing the stage to pieces. If you want to catch the show you only have until Saturday evening and tickets are flying so be quick. Hot on the heels of a record breaking, critically acclaimed West End run, this ‘utterly irresistible’ (The Sunday Times) new production of Funny Girl stars Olivier Award-winning Sheridan Smith as Fanny Brice. Lost Soul at the Royal Court
Set in the Sunday night pubs and clubs of Liverpool, Lost Soul is back on stage after 9 years when audiences were laughing out loud at characters and places that we all know so well.
