Half term’s almost here and if you’re starting to stress about what you’re going to do with the kids, just stop right now!

Liverpool ONE has got you covered with loads of family stuff and activities throughout February half term (and beyond!).

So from food fun to the fresh outdoors – and more – at the city’s fabulous shopping destination, here’s a few ideas…

Loads of entertainment

Fasten your seatbelts and be ready to get that adrenaline pumping! There’s tons to get that competitive edge fired up at the mega entertainment complex from E-Karting and Street Urban Golf, to Shuffleboard, Digital Darts and the family favourite Gravity Arcade.

If you’re feeling peckish after, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat from one of its vendors like Dirty Bones’ NYC-inspired burgers or just go straight in for dessert at Creams Café.

During half term, Gravity MAX currently has an offer called MAX3 Pass You can enjoy 3 activities for £27.95.

Upside Down House

Get ready to turn your world topsy-turvy at the Upside Down House, Liverpool ONE’s fantastic interactive photo attraction in Thomas Steers Way.

It’s the only one in the North West – and only at Liverpool can people wandering around this whacky illusional experience immerse themselves in the clouds of Candy Land and play a retro Pac-Man arcade game, upside down!

Meet Dogman at Odeon Liverpool ONE

Get ready to snap a Pawsome selfie as Dogman arrives at Liverpool ONE on Monday 17 February from 10.00am – 10.30am, and 11.00am – 11.30am.

To celebrate the new release of the new Dreamworks animation, Dogman will be there to greet you outside the Odeon before you get to see him on the big screen.

Kids Eat Free… Or less!

If you fancy treating yourself and the kids to a half term feast, you’ll not be disappointed with these two situated in Paradise Street for a reason – because you’ll be in food heaven!

For the Real Greek, think authentic Greek food with mezes like moussaka and meatballs, sides and salads, and the tastiest souvlaki wraps, as well as delicious desserts like Baklava and Greek Filo Custard Pie.

At Smoke & Dough you can bet on the best BBQ favourites ready to grill at your table on your own lava coal pit – there’s also a kids’ menu at £7.99 with all their favourites like Mac N Cheese and Chicken Nuggets in a cute Banto Box.

Interactive tours

Grab a Nature Trail booklet from the information centre and get close to nature in the heart of the city, with this self-guided tour that’s perfect for kids from four to 11.  It’s a chance to wrap up warm and explore Chavasse Park while hunting for wintry wonders along the way.

Heritage Trail Character Tours

The Heritage Trail at Liverpool ONE will be brought to life this half term with Artsgroupie. 

Meet a Victorian docker and a local gutter merchant at the Old Dock porthole near John Lewis, who will take you on a guided tour and discover more than 300 years of Liverpool’s history. The tours will take place Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 February, and Saturday 22 & Sunday 23 February, from 12.00pm – 3.00pm.

Whether you’re buying or browsing, we all love looking around the toy shops – and you’re spoilt for choice around Liverpool ONE.

Find a furry friend at the Build-A-Bear Workshop, or head to The Entertainer which has almost everything under the sun a kid could want from dolls, action figures, board games, jigsaws, craft sets, musical toys, electronic games, and more, as well as all the top names like LEGO, Disney, Paw Patrol, Marvel, DC Comics, Dreamworks Dragons… the list goes on.


Say hello to Paddington Bear

You can’t leave Liverpool ONE without saying hello to its very special visitor, a certain Mr Paddington Bear! You’ll find your favourite marmalade-loving bear from Peru on a bench on College Lane, near Waterstones.

Just don’t ask for a bite of his butty, because he might well suggest you get your own, but we think he’ll happily pose for a lovely piccie!!
