We’ve got a bumper week of events lined up ahead of bank holiday weekend in Liverpool and beyond.
There’s no counting down to the Bank holiday weekend in Liverpool, we’re starting as we mean to go on from Monday. With loads of food, live music, roof top parties, film nights, Game of Thrones, Easter Egg hunts and more to come, you’d better get a bottomless brunch booked- you’re going to need it!

Monday 15th April
Hillsborough 30th Anniversary, St George’s Hall
Liverpool will remember the 96 on Monday, the 30th anniversary of the tragedy, with a temporary memorial. 96 candle lit lanterns will be placed on the steps at St George’s Hall for the public to pay their respects. More here. #NeverForgotten
Game of Thrones S8 Screening, Bierkeller
This is it! The final chapter in the epic tale. Game of Thrones S8 is being shown on 3 massive screens at

Tuesday 16th April
Lunch at Gusto, Royal Albert Dock

Open Decks DJ Workshop for Women
Melodic Distraction’s Open Decks workshops are back and now in their forever home at Kazimier Stockroom. Third Tuesday of every month, from 7pm -10pm you can get behind those wheels of steel and hone your craft. More info here.

The Wirral Bake-Off, Claremont Farm
It’s all eyes (and appetites) on Claremont Farm as The Wirral Bake Off 2019 takes place from 7:30pm. Prepare to be part of the luckiest audience this Spring as you tuck into a number of slices of the Wirral’s best cake and help decide who is crowned the winner. Porto V Liverpool, District
It’s the Champions League, quarter final second leg clash between Porto and Liverpool on Wednesday night. Kick off is at 8pm and District is screening the game live with live music from Ben Burke. More info here.

Baltic Market Weekender
