What’s on this week in Liverpool? (2-8 March 2020)
Everything you need to know about this week in Liverpool is here.
We’re heading into March with a week of historic Naval visitors and a celebration of women onstage and off - and quite right too! The incredible sight of HMS Prince of Wales is one we won’t forget any time soon, so if you’ve yet to take a look at the incredible display of Naval vessels currently down at the Pier Head, you’ve got until Friday to take a walk along our world-famous waterfront. Meanwhile, it’s all about the girls this week with International Women’s Day on Sunday, and two brilliant productions, with smash-hit musical SIX and Our Lady of Blundellsands arriving especially for the ladies! Mark Beaumont, the man who cycled round the world in less than 80 days - twice - cycles, you’d expect, into town, ahead of a host of Hollywood heroes and all-time favourite film and TV stars courtesy of Comic Con. Wow, Liverpool. What a week…
