In the shadow of the Bombed Out Church lies one of Liverpool’s most iconic streets. Bold Street.

Bold Street has an eclectic mix of restaurants, cafes and takeaways offering food from all over the world to suit all budgets.

Famous for its diverse restaurants, shops, and even – if you believe the stories – a time-slip!

The Bold Street Timeslip is a fascinating urban legend that has captured the imagination of locals and visitors alike in Liverpool.

Stories of the Bold Street Timeslip vary, with some claiming to have traveled back to the Victorian era, while others report being transported to the 1950s or 1960s. 

Bold Street is a place you can go for whatever you fancy to eat… it is like the world on one street.

For Rudy’s it’s all about the pizza. Just like in Naples, their dough is made on site every day. It is soft, light and floppy… so fold for strength or tuck in with a knife and fork. Drip some of their hot honey on top and prepare for an explosion of flavour. Don’t forget to keep an eye out for their specials, they’re not to be missed.

Bundobust

These guys serve up vegetarian and vegan Indian Street Food.

The Bold Street restaurant has a casual vibe to it with lots of bench seating, and sharing the food is encouraged.

Their flare for flavours shows with every dish… they have definitely changed the game when it comes to Indian street food. They’re dog friendly too. The Vada Pav is a favourite on the menu, make sure you try it.
