Liverpool ONE has welcomed its newest restaurant in the form of all-you-can-eat national restaurant chain COSMO.
Offering an authentic tour of the world’s most loved dishes all under one roof, COSMO officially opened its doors today, and will give diners a unique, theatrical dining experience in its new Manesty’s Lane home.
The 300-seat capacity restaurant has created more than 60 jobs for the region and its talented team of chefs create over 100 dishes daily, from moreish deli favourites, mouth-watering mains, and truly tempting desserts.
Director Kan Koo said: “It’s fantastic to finally open our doors to our new customers and we can’t wait for everyone to see what our 21st site is all about. We have put a lot of love, time and investment into this space, and I really do think that people haven’t seen anything like this in the city before.”
As part of a special showcase, COSMO invited some of the city’s local heroes, including those working in the NHS, emergency services and transport and education sectors, to be the first customers at the restaurant for a complementary lunch.
Kan added: “It’s important for us as a business to celebrate any new city that we launch in with the people that live and work in it – especially those that do so much for their local community on a daily basis. This is something we always do as part of those first few days of trading.
“This opening has been a long time coming and it’s now time for us to meet our neighbours, show everyone what we are all about and to introduce the foodies of Liverpool to our concept. It’s time for COSMO.”
COSMO Liverpool is the critically acclaimed restaurant group’s 21st site and promises to take the city’s diners on a tastebud trip around the globe at an affordable price with eight different cuisines to choose from, including Chinese World of Asia, Japanese Teppanyaki, Indian House of Spice, Italian Continental, a Tasting Kitchen for family favourites, a Mediterranean Deli and a carvery. Diners can enjoy unlimited courses for one set price every single day.
The brand, which launched back in 2003, is known for its five-star food, extraordinary entertainment, and first-of-its-kind robot waiters, which are affectionately called Hola and Bella. The duo will be on hand to take orders, clear tables and sing Happy Birthday.
