You can book these private cabins in Chavasse Park for a drinks experience like no other
3 years ago

Launched this week, The Chavasse Project offers customers a summer getaway without having to get away.
It’s safe to say that the summer of 2020 hasn’t exactly gone as planned. With the COVID-19 outbreak shutting down foreign holidays, major sporting events, music festivals, and everything else that makes summer so great, it’s easy to feel a little bit cheated. But it’s not all bad news. An exciting new drinking experience is coming to Liverpool ONE, giving us a chance to enjoy some summer fun.
A brand-new pop up in residence until September, The Chavasse Project consists of several private cabins that can be booked for friendly get-togethers and small groups. These secure, special and sanitised huts allow you to socialise safely without having to brave the crowds at a busy pub. The cosy cabins offer a relaxing and comfortable drinking experience, while providing the perfect protection against the unpredictable English summer.
The Chavasse Project offers a varied drinks menu with something for all tastes. The project’s creators have teamed up with Sipsmith Gin and Camden Brewery to offer customers a wide selection of handcrafted gin and beers.
For just £16 a person, every member of the group will receive three drinks, all served by the cabin’s own personal host. For £22 per head, customers can upgrade their tasting experience to include three bespoke gin cocktails specially designed and crafted by Sipsmith.
Both Sipsmith and Camden are famous for their quality tipples, so gin and beer lovers alike will find plenty to enjoy. The Sipsmith gin selection includes a classic G&T made with Sipsmith London Dry Gin, as well as their pair of citrus inspired gins including their Zesty Orange and Lemon Drizzle flavour. For the more adventurous drinker, there is also a Chilli and Lime gin which has been crafted to treat those daring sippers amongst you! As for the beers, Camden is on hand to provide a fantastic selection of lagers, stouts and IPAs.
