Your weekend 15 – What’s on in Liverpool this weekend

23/07/2021

It was looking like it might be a bit dodgy, but summer and the gorgeous weather’s still here for the weekend so we need to make the most of it while it lasts.

And the kids have broken up now, so pace yourself so you don’t run out of ideas by the beginning of August.

To help you get the most of out the weekend, here are 15 ideas of things to do this weekend …

It’s only opened in the past week and Southport Market’s already buzzing so if you’re looking for somewhere different, a great big feature bar and a choice of 10 different food traders from pizzas to Mexican street food, plus those gorgeous little Portuguese tarts, here’s definitely the place to try.

St John’s Beacon is back

The views from up on the observation deck of St John’s Beacon are absolutely amazing, and it’s back open so if you’ve never gone up there, now’s the time. You get a 360-degree look across the city and further, just make sure you’ve got your head for heights sorted because it’s 400 feet up!
