Your Weekend Guide to the Best City in The World – 11 Things to do!

September has been chocka so far hasn’t it? Well this weekend will be no different as we round up eleven of the best events happening across the city, and there’s something for everyone! Watch our video guide above and check out our top 11 here…

1 – Reminisce Festival. If you’re into old-school club classics you will have bought your tickets to Reminisce months ago! Lee Butler is bringing an incredible dance, trance and euphoria line-up to Sherdly Park, St Helens. Check out Lee’s dance move here.

2 – Pirate Festival on the Dock. Fun for all the family at the Albert Dock this Saturday & Sunday and your little Pirates, Mermaids and monsterous sea-creatures are invited to take part in parades, watch live action battles and hear all about our very own Wirral mermaid. 3 – Liverpool Selfie Challenge. Liverpool City Council are challenging you to take part in a brilliant family activity that will take you to all the best city landmarks and hot-spots this Saturday. 4 – MPW at Hotel Indigo. 5 – The Curve Fashion Festival 2016. Fashionistas are flocking to the Exhibition Centre this Saturday as this plus-size fashion and beauty extravaganza comes to Liverpool for one day only. 8 – Liverpool Beer Collective. The Dead Crafty Beer Company are hosting the Liverpool Beer Collective which will see many of the local breweries come together for a tasting session like no other. 9 – Legally Blonde. Harvard’s beloved blonde takes to the Floral Pavilion stage this weekend and OMG you guy’s you’re gonna love it. Take your seat and watch Elle tackle the world of snobbery and stereotypes in this heart-warming and hilarious musical. More info and tickets available here.

10 – Bem Brazil Fiesta. Bem Brazil is hosting Liverpool’s hottest fiesta on Friday night with DJ Muvelo at the decks and you’re invited to join the party. With a huge mix of international sounds and caribbean grooves, Bem Brazil will start your weekend with a bang! More info available here.

11. Lennon: Through a Glass Onion. It’s back by populare demand and on at the Epstein until Saturday night. Celebrating the life, music and genius of John Lennon, this smash-hit show blew audiences away and received rave reviews when it made its Liverpool debut in April.
