Your Weekend Guide to What’s On in Liverpool (2nd-4th June)

It’s Friday night, the eve of pay day weekend and we’re flat out of bank holidays!

Shelve work early, get glammed up and check out the wealth of events, gigs and drinks deals awaiting you across the city this weekend. We’re checking out brand new bars, belting out pop hits and hoping for a bit of al fresco drinking as the terraces and roof gardens reopen for the summer season.

Looking for weekend inspiration……its right here…..

Ghetto Golf Gets a new Bird, Cains Brewery

We didn’t think Ghetto Golf could get any more cool, but the addition of Birdies Cocktail Bar and BBQ has had us all flocking back down to the Baltic Triangle to check it out. More here.

Go Gaga at Heaven, Victoria St

There’s gonna be a big old sing-along on Victoria Street as Heaven dedicates a night to the majestic sounds of Lady Gaga. As always there’s some awesome drinks deals and it’s only £2 entry! More info here.

Spritz in the sun at Red Door Roof Terrace, Berry St

We’re hoping the sun shines again for two reasons this weekend. One because hang-overs are well easier to deal with when you can sit out and chill, and two because the Red Door Terrace will be open for cool bevs and the best atmosphere. More info here.

Halcyon presents one hellova party, Underground Liverpool

We love a reason to celebrate and Halcyon are planning a huge first birthday party at Underground Liverpool, Eberle St this Saturday. Get your tickets and find out more here.

Visit the absinthe fairy at Some Place, Seel Street

You’ve worked hard to earn your green this week so why not spend it on a little bit more of the green stuff? Some Place, Seel Street invites you to go in search of the Absinthe fairy this weekend! Find out more here.

Three Piggies gets the ale in on Allerton Road

If you’re more of a burb-dweller, Three Piggies, Allerton Road are lining up some brand new ales for you to try out, including vegan beer from Gun Brewery! Click here to find out more.

Verdant and Prosecco, a match made on Allerton Road

Did someone say Fizz Friday? Verdant, Allerton Road is offering up a super-classy bottle of Prosecco for just £12, all night long, or if you only fancy a glass, they’re just £2.50!! You had us at Fizz! More here.

Side Splitting Comedy at Camp & Furnace

Camp & Furnace is the new home of Liverpool Comedy Club and this weekend you can catch Paul Tonkinson and Paul Thorne as they take to the stage to make you chuckle. Doors are 7:30 and tickets are £13.50. More info here.

A musical giant comes this way, Phil Collins at Echo Arena

Who was lucky enough to get tickets to see this legend at the Echo Arena on Friday night? Bringing his Not Dead Yet Tour to Liverpool for one night only, drumming-extraordinaire Phil Collins will whip Liverpool into a frenzy! All the gig info here.
