10 of the best Liverpool hot-spots to grab drinks in the sun

We’re on a roll as the sun is set to stick around this weekend, so what better way than to finish off the week than with a drink in the sun?

Whether you’ve survived a tough week in work or you fancy a post-bank holiday catch up with your mates, we’ve rounded up 10 of the best city hot-spots for having a little bev outside. From roof top bars to terraces and gardens, Liverpool needs no excuse for an al-fresco celebration. Right, it’s our round….what are you having?

Kazimier Gardens

The Kazimier Garden is a hub for live music and has an alternative vibe to your average bar. While serving up seasonal food and all manner of drinks, the garden also plays host to gigs and performances throughout the year. Enjoy the warm weather (while it lasts) and dine and drink under the stars in this quirky, unique setting.

7 – Constellations

Constellations Courtyard

This award winning space showcases a mixture of art, music, food and drink right in the heart of the Baltic Triangle. Locals and tourists alike are naturally drawn to Constellations where people come together to relax and unwind. As well as summer or fine-weather BBQ’s, Constellations consistently serves up brunch, burgers and beer. What’s not to like?

8 – The Old Stables, Allerton Manor

Leave the hustle and bustle of the city behind and enjoy a glass of fizz on the sun-drenched terrace of The Old Stables Restaurant at Allerton Manor. This stylish bar and restaurant feels more like a mini-break than just a few drinks after work. With Ladies Nights, live entertainment and seasonal offers, top up your tan in lush, green surroundings.

9 – Red Door Roof Top Terrace, Berry Street

Still regarded as one of the city’s hottest bars, Red Door, Berry Street gets even more attractive when the sun shines as the roof top terrace opens its doors for cocktails and good times. After a knock out summer last year with Aperol spritz socials and a seriously impressive BBQ, make this weekend all about the Red Door and check it out for yourself.

10 – HUS, Tithebarn Street

Gearing up to host their Free Friday BBQ, HUS, Tithebarn Street has become something of an entertainment complex. With vinyl DJ’s, live musicians and tonnes of mouth-watering BBQ fare, you might need a reminder to take your eyes off the action and admire the phenomenal roof-top view! Grab a multi-coloured chair, an ice-cold beer and don’t forget your shades!
