Couple these accolades with a packed catalogue of major events which has seen the eyes of the world glued to our streets, and you’ve got a perfect destination for families, couples, groups and more. From ancient Chinese emperors to Giant spectacles, incredible music festivals, Lost Castles, adventures on the Mersey with Clippers and pirates, plus Bordeaux’s finest wines and there’s still so much more to come.
Our Cruise Terminal brings in a staggering amount of money to our economy and come December it will have welcomed an incredible 600,000 tourists to our city this year alone, including Mickey Mouse. Liverpool John Lennon Airport has just celebrated its busiest month for 7 years, proving people from far and wide are flocking to our city.

To experience the city on Derby Day or during any Premier League clash is like nothing else.
