The newly refurbished bistro offers seasonal menus bursting with flavour. From American style pancakes and the hearty, Full 18 Breakfast (available from 7:30am) to pasta, sandwiches and summery fayre such as chicken and avocado salad and Spring vegetable risotto, there’s a filling or light dish to suit every palette. The Old Stables has launched a brand new Spring/Summer menu, inspired by the change in seasons and perfect for a sun-soaked afternoon on the terrace or a fabulous evening experience. Filled with summery favourites like fresh salads, meditterannean style fish dishes, flavoursome risottos, and sumputuous grills, there is something for everyone. Lunchtime features the stunning ‘Seabass Aqua Pazza’ (meaning crazy water in Italian), a light chilli broth with fennel and new potatoes, whilst the evening menu highlights the skills in the kitchen with intricate starters such as ‘Smoked Applewood Souffle’ and a modern spin on ‘Char Siu Pork’.
