Look at the new Espresso Martini slush cocktails being served up on Bold Street

Laros – Liverpool’s newest Greek restaurant-takeaway on Bold Street – has introduced six frozen alcoholic slushes that are perfect for the summer months and beyond.

Home to delicious gyros, succulent souvlaki, freshly made Greek salads and ‘better than halloumi’ Talagani cheese fries, Laros has landed in Liverpool and showcased what true authentic, high quality Greek cuisine is about.

Guests can tuck into a range of tasty Greek dishes alongside a selection of new alcoholic slushes including a frozen Rosé slushy, as well as an entire range of stronger slush cocktails including Blueberry Daiquiri, Pink Lemonade Rum, Strawberry Vodka, Mango Supreme and hugely popular cocktail, Espresso Martini slush.

Perfect for the warmer weather over the coming summer months, Laros, which welcomes dine ins, collection and takeaway, has also unveiled its stunning interior with plush sapphire-blue booths and stools, as well as rich wood resin tables, and finishing touches in copper hues, that further add to the Greek theme of the venue.

Owner Nikolaos Fylladitakis, who has previously owned multiple restaurants across Liverpool, said: “We’ve worked incredibly hard to perfect the interior of the venue as we wanted it to align with our ethos. Our menu is made up of dishes that are created using only the finest Greek ingredients to ensure we deliver the best food possible. Our interior had to be consistent with that and so we’ve invested in beautiful fabrics, furniture and finishing touches to create a great ambience for guests dining in.

“Adding to our menu is a new range of alcoholic slushes that are perfect to enjoy during the summer months. From our tasty frozen Rosé slushy which goes down a treat, to our stronger range of fruity slush cocktails, there’s something for everyone at Laros.”
