Manic Street Preachers, Razorlight, James Bay, Red Rum Club, Scouting For Girls, The Academic and more have been confirmed to join headliners Courteeners, Kasabian and Blossoms at Victoria Park, Warrington on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th May 2022.
Neighbourhood Weekender kicks off the festival season by bringing together an incredible weekend of live music across three stages, from the biggest acts to the best breaking new bands, alongside a hub of local concessions, and a unique community feel.
The legendary Manic Street Preachers join the line-up following the release of number one album ‘The Ultra Vivid Lament’.
Live favourites Razorlight, James Bay, Red Rum Club, and Scouting For Girls also join alongside some of the best up and coming artists around such as GAYLE, The Academic, Dylan John Thomas, Brooke Combe and Seb Lowe.
For the first time since headlining the inaugural event in 2018, Courteeners return to Victoria Park on Saturday 28th May fresh from entertaining 50,000 people at Emirates Old Trafford.
Closing the festival on Sunday 29th May, Kasabian are set to bring their huge back catalogue of anthems to Victoria Park after their incredible sold-out tour of intimate venues last year.
Following the announcement of their brand-new, fourth studio album ‘Ribbon Around The Bomb’ due for release 29th April, Stockport’s finest Blossoms take to the stage on Sunday evening.
Also performing across the weekend are DMA’S, BRIT Award nominee Becky Hill, Tom Grennan, Starsailor, Cast, The Fratellis and Example, all renowned for their exhilarating shows.
Following their exceptional performances at last year’s festival Sports Team, Inhaler and The Lathums return to The Neighbourhood with indie titans PaleWaves, Jamie Webster Crawlers, The Amazons and Wet Leg – who were recently nominated for 5 (FIVE!) NME Awards.
Coach packages are also available from the festival’s official coach partner, Big Green Coach – book here.
Neighbourhood Weekender takes place at Victoria Park, on the edge of Warrington town centre.
Sandwiched between Manchester and Liverpool, trains are 30 mins from Oxford Road and Lime Street respectively.
