8 reasons to book your LFC Stadium Tour or Experience
1 year ago
The LFC Stadium Tours are in the Premier League of visitor attractions with a chance to get up close and personal to one of the worldâs most famous football stadiums.
Youâll get to see all the silverware Liverpool Football Clubâs teams have stacked up over the years and learn more about the history of the iconic Reds.
And if thatâs not enough to make you book your place on an LFC Stadium Tour sometime soon, here are 8 reasons that willâŠ
Enjoy an incredible visit
Youâve seen the stadium on the telly, you may even have been lucky enough to watch a game inside the Anfield ground, but this is a chance to go behind the scenes like never before. Expert LFC staff and an audio guide will lead you around the stadium for an immersive and interactive tour which will also give you epic views of the pitch from one side of the Main Stand â and panoramic views of the city from the other!
âThis is Anfieldâ
Youâve seen hundreds of players throughout the decades do it, but this will be your chance to pass underneath and reach up to touch the famous âThis is Anfieldâ sign. You can take a spine-tingling walk along the playersâ tunnel â and even pose for a picture in the managerâs dugout! And there are more fab photo ops of the pitch and Main Stand from The Kop.
Dressing Room
You can view the state-of-the-art home dressing room where the players change in preparation for each game and get the chance to sit where your favourite squad member takes 15 at half-time. As in so many different areas along the tour, LFC guides are ready and waiting (and super-helpful) to answer your questions and offer fascinating insights and info.
Meet the Press
You even get to go in the Anfield Press Room and take your seat in the journalistsâ area or practice your interview technique on the podium where Klopp, his coaching staff and the players regularly issue statements and answer questions from a waiting media.
The Liverpool FC Story
As part of the tour, you get free entry into The Liverpool FC Story Museum to learn more about the clubâs history; journeying through the hall of fame with areas dedicated to the LFC greats, past and present, and checking out an awe-inspiring collection of football memorabilia connected to the club, including The Steven Gerrard and new Jamie Carragher collections â and those SIX European Cups.
Like we said – boom!
The Museum experience now includes the new Boom Room exhibition which tells the epic story of JĂŒrgen Kloppâs team throughout the record-breaking 2019-20 season which led them to their first league win in 30 years.
Meet Liverpoolâs legends
Fans saw them on the pitch and cheered as they put the Liverpool FC name in lights and took it to the top of the league, and you can now enjoy the chance to meet some of the star names behind LFC, like Phil Thompson and Phil Neal, John Aldridge, Jan Molby, and more on a Legends Q&A. Itâs your chance to hear your hero’s personal insights and memories of playing for the club. Afterwards you get to go on the LFC Stadium Tour thatâs included too.
Mighty Red Family Days
Itâs the school holidays and you could make your young Redâs summer with a place on a Mighty Red Family Day. On the Mighty Red Family Tour young fans will enjoy a full stadium tour and visit the museum. During the tour, there are summer themed crafts, games and football skills with The LFC Foundation team and they can even take part in Mighty Redâs fun quiz for a chance to win footy-themed prizes, plus thereâll be a visit from Mighty Red himself. The next Mighty Red Family Days is on 25th August 2023.
