Three new food & drink vendors arrive at Liverpool ONE

Three food and beverage concepts are coming to Liverpool ONE’s Chavasse Park and Wall Street.

Making its Liverpool ONE debut, Bagel Factory is bringing its bagel-based grab-and-go concept, joining two motorised food and drink pop-ups, The Bus Yard and Big Kahuna.

Bagel Factory is set to bring its fast-growing enterprise to the city for the first time, selecting a kiosk on Wall Street. Due to open in April, Bagel Factory’s primary focus is on sourcing high-quality ingredients to produce fresh and healthy food. Having recently become halal-friendly certified, Bagel Factory offers a wide range of bagel choices fit for any time of day, whether savoury, sweet, gluten free, or vegan. This grab-and-go style of food is set to keep up with the bustle of Liverpool ONE, bringing high-quality quick-eats to the destination, as well as a catering service for bigger occasions.

Liverpool ONE is also welcoming the return of The Bus Yard to Chavasse Park, partnering with the unique pop-up for a third time. The Bus Yard will install its converted vintage Bedford Truck bar, transforming Chavasse Park from the end of March until August, serving food and drinks, including an extensive cocktail menu, to be enjoyed al fresco alongside deck chairs, cushions, and picnic blankets. The Bus Yard will also feature acoustic musical performances, helping to welcome in the summer spirit and bring people together in what is set to be the social location of the season.

Additionally, Liverpool ONE will be hosting the Liverpool-based street food vendor, Big Kahuna, on Wall Street, bringing its Thai cuisine food truck to the vibrant food landscape that Liverpool has on offer.

Bagel Factory, The Bus Yard and Big Kahuna will join Liverpool ONE’s recent F&B openings including The Real Greek and The Botanist, both of which launched city debut’s earlier this year.
