Carlisi
The family run Sicilian bar on Dale Street serves up freshly made bar snacks, sandwiches, and sharing platters using only the finest Italian ingredients.
Carlisi has been a favourite amongst the Italian community, and locals, in Liverpool since they opened their doors on Dale Street in 2018. They have since opened a second site on Allerton Road which serves a broader menu of classic and signature dishes.
Try their Mediterranean Salad with mixed leaves, chickpeas, cucumber, aubergines, artichokes, grilled mushrooms and more delicious veggies served with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, and toasted sourdough bread.
The fresh and vibrant salad will leave you feeling full and very satisfied.

PICNIC was launched by best friends Sam and Lauren Wright in 2019.
Their concept of healthy fast food has proved a massive hit with Scousers and since launching their first site on Smithdown Road, they have gone on to opening a store in West Derby as well as winning numerous awards with Uber Eats.
With their Original Bowl you can choose up to two fillings from: chicken, halloumi, falafel or jackfruit. And it comes with: mixed baby leaf, pickled red cabbage, giant couscous, tomatoes, cucumber, hummus, chia seeds, tahini & balsamic glaze, and Tossed in a Mustard & Dressing… Delicious!

Set just off the Hope Street, on Falkner Street this restaurant is perfect for Al Fresco dining (if the weather is on your side), but if it’s not, no worries, there’s plenty of room inside!
Try their incredible Quarter Caesar with grilled chicken, anchovies, cos lettuce, parmesan, mustard mayo, and croutons. It’s fresh, crisp and delicious.

Peaberry Coffee House & Kitchen is a must visit down at the Royal Albert Dock. They’re open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and everything else in between.
Their Sticky Duck Noodle salad is a hit with guests. With sticky duck, vermicelli noodles, veggies and bang bang sauce, it’s not hard to see why.

Doux Chaton
This family run Vietnamese restaurant on Renshaw Street is PHO-nomenal!
The food in here is out of this world, busting with flavour, massive portions, and very reasonably priced!
Their noodle salads are fresh, vibrant, and pack in some serious flavour. All noodle salads come with shredded and pickled veggies, crispy shallots and peanuts. Try ‘The Special One’ which comes with chopped up Vietnamese spring rolls, and a mixture of lemongrass chicken, pork belly and beef.

The newly opened Pressed Crosby specialises in Cold pressed juices, whole food gluten free brunch.
Their “Sydney” salad is sure to hit the spot with Salmon and roasted butternut squash, as well as delicious veggies. You can also build your own salad from the greens to proteins to the toppings and the drizzles.
