This October, The Municipal Hotel & Spa MGallery Liverpool invites you to experience an exquisite Sunday Roast.
Seaforth Restaurant, at The Municipal Hotel, will transform your Sundays with their delicious roasts that highlight the finest local produce. The afternoon will be accompanied by live music, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal with family and friends.
Kicking off the feasting experience, guests can savour table nibbles such as Padron peppers with flaked salt and lemon or warm focaccia with honey and truffle butter.
The starters feature the likes of; Liverpool smokehouse salmon mousse and chicken liver parfait served with sourdough.
For the main course, diners can choose from a selection of roasts:
- Cumbrian Sirloin of Beef
- Pan-Seared Fillet of Sea Bass
- Herb-Roasted Breast of Chicken
- Vegan Roast of the Week
Each roast is accompanied by classic trimmings including crispy roast potatoes, fine beans, roasted carrots, red cabbage, Yorkshire pudding, and a rich beef jus.
