The award-winning production of Blood Brothers is coming home to the Liverpool Empire Theatre this March.
Blood Brothers will be part of the theatre’s 100th birthday celebrations, making the return even more special.
Fans of the smash-hit musical will be thrilled to hear that Niki Colwell Evans is reprising her role as the iconic Mrs. Johnstone, bringing her powerhouse vocals back to Liverpool audiences.
Joining the cast this spring is Sean Keany, stepping into the role of the Narrator, and Liverpool’s very own Cameron Patmore as Perkins.
Patmore, a graduate of Liverpool Theatre School, brings hometown pride to this iconic production. Keep an eye out for more exciting updates about Cameron soon!
Longtime favourites Sean Jones and Joe Sleight will return as twins Mickey and Eddie, joined by Gemma Brodrick as Linda. Also reprising their roles for 2025 are:

Written by award-winning playwright Willy Russell, Blood Brothers is a tale of Liverpool life that has wowed audiences around the world. First performed at a Liverpool school in 1981, it debuted at the Liverpool Playhouse in 1983 before becoming a global phenomenon.
The musical tells the heart-wrenching story of twins separated at birth, raised on opposite sides of the tracks, and reunited with tragic consequences.
With unforgettable numbers like A Bright New Day, Marilyn Monroe, and Tell Me It’s Not True, this timeless tale of love, loss, and fate has earned its place as one of the greatest musicals of all time.
The Liverpool Empire Theatre will host this iconic production from Tuesday 11 March – Saturday 22 March.
