Step into Mr. Gruber’s shoes and take a seat next to Paddington Bear on College Lane near Waterstones. The Paddington Visits trail is a must-see for all fans.

Fiesta of Fire at Royal Albert Dock
Liverpool’s waterfront is set to light up as the spectacular Fiesta of Fire returns with:
- Breathtaking fire performances from Bring the Fire Project (6.30pm, selected dates).
- Daytime entertainment featuring world-class street performer Logy on Fire.
- The Thrilling Fire Walk – Brave the hot embers on Thursday 20 February.

Jurassic Takeover Day at M&S Bank Arena
Dinosaur lovers, get ready for an unforgettable experience. The Jurassic Takeover Day is back with:
- Animatronic, life-like dinosaurs including a T-Rex, Triceratops, and more.
- The UK’s only Jurassic-themed theatre show with 60 minutes of immersive storytelling.
- Ranger training, a paleontology zone, and selfie spots with dinosaur props.
Showtimes: 17 February – 11:00am, 1:30pm and 4:00pm. Tickets are limited, so booking early is recommended.

The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe at Liverpool Empire (18 – 22 February)

A magical retelling of the classic fairytale, packed with comedy, wonderful songs, and a heartwarming love story.

The Baddies at Liverpool Playhouse (18 – 22 February)
From Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler, creators of The Gruffalo, comes a wickedly fun new show.
A witch, a troll, and a ghost compete to be the scariest, but will the little girl they are trying to frighten be braver than they think? This is a laugh-out-loud show for all ages.

Knowsley Safari: Free Kids’ Entry (15 – 23 February)
Enjoy a wild day out with free kids’ tickets (one per paying adult). Families visiting during half term can look forward to an action-packed schedule, including:

Marco Pierre White Steakhouse
As the February half term holidays beckon, younger diners from across Liverpool wanting to enjoy a meal out can do so absolutely free!
The offer is available at Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar & Grill at Hotel Indigo on Chapel Street and as long as they are accompanied by a full paying adult*, they’ll get their food for nothing.
Part of the restaurant’s ambition to encourage families to take time to enjoy a meal out together, the offer is available Monday through to Friday during the holidays.

Royal Albert Dock’s resident Thai restaurant, Rosa’s Thai, is a great casual dining spot for families looking for big flavours at small prices. Children can choose from the Little Rosa’s menu and enjoy a starter, main and drink for just £7.50, including favourites such as Chicken Fried Rice and Crispy Spring Rolls.

Gusto dockside is a firm favourite for families looking to enjoy a meal on the waterfront, with a children’s menu offering 2 courses for £10.50 and the option for little ones to try their hand at being a pizza chef and helping to create their own dishes with the choice of 3 toppings, before handing it over to the kitchen to cook to perfection.

Splash Tours
See the city like never before with an amphibious adventure at Splash Tours. This one hour tour takes visitors around Liverpool to see some of its most iconic sights and buildings, before splashing into the Royal Albert Dock. Children under two are free, with tickets starting from £17.

Located on the dock’s Atlantic Pavilion, Escape Hunt invites visitors to step into a new and utterly immersive world to become the star of their own brilliantly plotted escape movie. Competing in teams of two to six people, it’s the perfect family-friendly activity to do this half term, to get pulses racing and adrenaline pumping.

Beatles Story
A trip to the dock’s Beatles Story is the perfect day out for little music lovers, with a variety of free half-term workshops on offer to add to the experience in the Discovery Zone. Celebrate Valentine’s Day from 15-20th Feb with their heart wreath making workshop, or try your hand at creating your own guitar with their George Harrison birthday celebrations from 21st-23rd Feb.
