DJ Lauren Lo Sung to perform ahead of Liverpool Women's match at Anfield

Lauren Lo Sung will headline the pre-match entertainment at Anfield on March 14 when Liverpool women take on Manchester United under the lights.

The Liverpool-born internationally renowned performer will be the first DJ to play inside the Anfield bowl in the build-up to a game and will be joined pre-match by other entertainers including the Batala Mersey Afro-Brazilian samba band and local musicians featuring the LFC songbook, ahead of the Liverpool Women’s Super League Friday night showdown.

Known for her signature underground sound, Lauren has played some of the biggest music stages around the world including Glastonbury, Ibiza and Miami, and will be live from inside Anfield at 6pm. Get there early and soak up the beats before kick-off at 7.15pm, on what promises to be special night at Anfield.

Interim manager Amber Whiteley will oversee her first home game for the Reds as they host their local rivals for the second of three matches to be held at Anfield this season. However, this will be the first time the women’s team have played under the Anfield lights and promises to be an exciting meet up between the two north-west teams.
