The Bentley could be crowned best venue in Merseyside for a third year running

The Bentley is hoping to make it a hat-trick this summer, as the Liverpool city centre venue has been shortlisted once again for Best Venue in Merseyside/Wirral at the County Brides North West Wedding Awards.

Tucked away on the corner of Brunswick Street and The Strand, The Bentley has become one of the region’s most popular wedding venues, known for its stunning views across the waterfront and the city’s iconic Three Graces.

Since opening eight years ago, the team has built a reputation for creating unforgettable celebrations – and now they’re in with a chance of winning the prestigious title for the third year in a row.

General manager Ryan Dillon says being nominated again means everything to the staff who work so hard behind the scenes to make every couple’s big day feel extra special.

“We go over and above for our weddings because we know how much it means to people,” says Ryan. “For a lot of couples, it’s something they’ve dreamed about since they were kids. We want them to walk into The Bentley and think, ‘Wow.’ It’s all about creating those magical moments.”

The County Brides North West Wedding Awards celebrate the best in the business across the region and are especially meaningful because winners are chosen by real couples and guests who’ve experienced their special day at the venues.

“The fact that people have taken the time to vote for us makes it really personal,” Ryan adds. “To win for a third year would be incredible – we’re keeping everything crossed for the awards night.”

The 2025 awards ceremony takes place on Wednesday 11 June at The Toughsheet Community Stadium, home of Bolton Wanderers FC, and marks the 15th anniversary of the County Brides Awards.
