Metquarter has officially opened the doors to its latest addition – Victoria Street Collective, an exciting new food hall offering a diverse range of global cuisines from nine independent food and drink traders.
Located on the upper level of Metquarter and spanning over 10,000 square feet, Victoria Street Collective (VSC) is set to become a dynamic culinary hub, blending Liverpool’s rich cultural heritage with the city’s growing appetite for diverse and contemporary dining experiences. Designed as a welcoming space for all, the food hall features everything from Indian and Greek specialities to Korean and Mexican street food, with vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free options all readily available.
Open from morning through to evening, VSC caters to a wide variety of visitors – whether for a working breakfast, a casual lunch with colleagues, evening drinks with friends, or weekend dining with family. The venue also functions as a flexible workspace, offering complimentary Wi-Fi for those looking for an inspiring setting to work remotely.

To celebrate its launch on Friday 23 May, VSC is offering a range of special promotions for all visitors:
- 25% off food
- 2-for-1 draught beer
- 2 cocktails for £12
- Free meals for children
