Rise Brunch launches brand new running club in Liverpool

Rise Brunch, Liverpool’s newest breakfast and lunch spot, has officially launched its brand-new Liverpool Run Club, with the first group of runners and brunch lovers coming together to kick off the weekly 5K last weekend.

Hosted by Victoria Goulbourne, Liverpool local, Instagram influencer and former The Apprentice star, the Rise Run Club is all about good vibes, community spirit and making running accessible for everyone. Setting off every Sunday at 9am from the restaurant at Rise, Exchange Flags, L2 3QT, the free weekly event is the perfect way to get moving, meet new people, and enjoy the city’s sights before heading back for a well-earned brunch.

Victoria shared her excitement about the launch, saying:

“It’s really just about getting the community together whether it’s your first 5K, or you’re sandwiching it into a long run to break it up – our run club is for everyone. Running has helped me through some tough times and brought me my best times so seeing so many faces at the run club makes me so happy! You never know how much someone just needs the fresh air and human connection.”

Each week, the route will change, keeping the experience fresh and showcasing Liverpool’s best running spots. The 5K run is not a race, and runners of all paces are welcome, with different groups ensuring nobody gets left behind.
