International fitness stars join Liverpool's Stronger Together event

Jamie Bigg aka Gladiators ‘Giant’, was in Liverpool last weekend, as a guest speaking at the Stronger Together event at BOXPARK.

Stronger Together is the annual wellness event that sees brands and individuals from the health,fitness & wellbeing communities come together to motivate, collaborate and grow together.

This years event saw the much loved Jamie Bigg aka Giant the Gladiator guest speak to an excited audience about his personal and career journey so far and ask a series of questions by host Mark Waldron. Guests were also treated to a very special workouts by international celebrity trainer and stunt man Jerry Joseph, who flew over from New York just to attend the event.

Liverpools favourite brands Velozia and Lola Star came together to create this inspiring community event and Applied Nutrition were headline sponsors. The event had 20 exhibitors and saw over 200 people attend throughout the day.

The day also consisted of live fitness sessions, equipment demos, nutrition advice and wellbeing exercises.

Guests were also able to take part in live workouts from Instagram sensation Sisfitt (Yazmin).

There were 5 zones focusing on performance, reset, fuel, mindful and community as well as the main stage for guests and workouts and the Beatbox room with smaller activity groups.
