Domingo’s Bar & Grill, inside the state of the art Hill Dickinson Stadium feels like a perfect dining experience.
We tried Domingo’s Bar & Grill at Hill Dickinson Stadium and it left us stunned. The team behind Domingo’s have worked tirelessly to provide a restaurant that can be enjoyed by the public on non matchdays. To celebrate the grand opening, we’re listing seven reasons to try Liverpool’s newest restaurant experience.
Great views

The first thing that hit us about Domingo’s Bar & Grill is the stunning views that greeted us when we entered. Looking out to the Western Terrace at Hill Dickinson Stadium, the window that runs the whole length of the restaurant gave us a stunning view of the Wirral and River Mersey. When you’re heading to Domingo’s, sitting by the window is a big plus!
Open publically

Though Domingo’s Bar & Grill is Hill Dickinson Stadium’s newest restaurant experience, you don’t need to go on a matchday to enjoy all the restaurant has to offer. Domingo’s Bar & Grill will be open on select Saturdays and Sundays through June and July. The premium dining experience is there for customers to enjoy on non matchdays, so no delays getting in and out of the venue.
Something for everyone

Though Domingo’s Bar & Grill standout menu item is its range of steaks and hearty roasts, the restaurant has made sure to provide options for guests with dietary requirements. During our visit we tried one of their delicious veggie burgers made with pea protein. They’ll also be serving options for children, so Domingo’s is somewhere the whole family can enjoy.
A chance to visit Hill Dickinson Stadium

Premier League tickets can get expensive, so Domingo’s is a good way of visiting the state of the art Hill Dickinson stadium. Though there is no access to the stadium bowl through Domingo’s, you can still visit the fan plaza on the Eastern Terrace, visit the Everton Official Store, and witness the stunning architecture on show around the stadium.
Well thought out food

Whilst sampling the tasting menu at Domingo’s Bar & Grill, we were lucky enough to chat to Culinary Director Adam Bateman. Adam has spent time in countries around the world studying different methods in order to make the food at Domingo’s the absolute best it can be. Some of the menu items Adam is most proud of include the Chargrilled Tomahawk, Domingo’s Surf and Turf and the Sticky Toffee pudding. This is dining that the team at Domingo’s is proud of, something that was evident through the quality of the food.
Fantastic bar options

As well as the Sticky Toffee pudding, Domingo’s also serve a ‘Sticky Toffee Old Fashioned’ as a tribute to the Blues. Domingo’s has a stunning bar with countless spirits options. They also serve luxury wines, as well as a selection of draught beers including San Miguel, Guinness and Camden Pale. During our visit, Domingo’s staff were attentive and doing everything they could to make sure we left happy!
Get closer to Everton

St. Domingo’s was the club’s original name when they were founded in 1878, as well as the menu items we mentioned that pay tribute to the Toffees, Domingo’s is tiled in a gorgeous sea Blue and has framed photos lining the walls of some of the most influential figures in Everton history. If you’re lucky, you may even spot a famous face or two!
And there you have it, just seven of the reasons that Domingo’s Bar & Grill should be top of your list of priorities for the summer ahead, it’s perfect for Fathers Day!
