Have you seen the line up for Fusion 2019? Spanning three days and nights at Sefton Park, this is an unmissable festival of live music.
Fusion returns to Liverpool with a brand new home and a brand new one day event. Fusion Presents bring an incredible indie line up, including headliners Kings of Leon to Sefton Park on Friday 30th August. Fusion Festival takes over the same festival site on Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September with the likes of Rudimental, Dizzee Rascal, Little Mix, Clean Bandit and loads more.

When & Where
Fusion Presnts and Fusion Festival events both take part at Sefton Park – the nearest landmark is the Obelisk at Croxteth Drive Gate. Fusion Presents takes place on Friday 30th August 2019. Fusion Festival takes place on Saturday 31st August and Sunday 1st September 2019.
Times
Fusion Presents – Friday 30th August 2019
Gates open at 1pm for General Admission and 12.30pm for VIP customers. Show times are 2.30pm until 10.00pm.
Fusion Festival Saturday 31st August & Sunday 1st September 2019
Gates open at 12.30pm for General Admission and 12.00pm for VIP and Gold Circle customers. Show times are 2.00pm until 10.30pm.
Getting There
Bus
There’s lots of bus routes than service both sides of Sefton Park. The best way to plan your bus journey is using the Arriva app. Services run from both Queen Square and Liverpool ONE in the city centre, Check services, routes and times here.
Train
Merseyrail run services from Liverpool Central to nearest station, St Michaels. It’s just a short walk down Lark Lane to to festival site at Sefton Park. Check times and services and plan your journey with Merseyrail here.
Taxi/ Car Drop Off Point
There is a dedicated, on-site drop off and pick-up area at Sefton Park for those being dropped off by friends, family or taxi.
Located on Greenbank Drive, which is accessible from Ullet Road/ Smithsdown Road, simply use the postcode L17 1AW on your SatNav and then follow event signage around the park to ensure you arrive at the correct gate for the drop off and pick up zone. There’s also a black cab taxi zone in the pick up zone.

Fusion Presents
A brand new addition to the Fusion Festival offering, is Fusion Presents. Taking place on Friday 30th August this indie line up is the stuff of dreams. Headlined by Kings of Leon, special guests include Franz Ferdinand, Jake Bugg, Liverpool’s very own Echo & The Bunnymen and Circa Waves plus Sam Fender. Scroll down for tickets.
Fusion Festival
Fusion Festival has produced year after year of incredible line-ups at its former Otterspool home. Ramping things up for its first time at Sefton Park, Fusion Festival Saturday brings Rudimental, Dizzee Rascal, John Newman, Jonas Blue and Sigala to the Park.
Fusion Festival Sunday line-up features the likes of Little Mix, Annie-Marie, Clean Bandit, Rak-Su, HRVY, Mabel and more.
Fusion Do’s & Dont’s
Do make sure you have your tickets and ID handy for processing on arrival at the Fusion site. There is a challenge 21 policy in operation.
Do organise your travel in advance as there is no Car Parking on the Fusion Presents or Fusion Festival site. Scroll back up for bus, train and taxi information.
Do bring a blanket to sit on if you have a general admission ticket. No blankets or seating will be permitted in the VIP or Golden Circle Area.
Do check the weather and make sure you dress for the conditions. Factor 50 and a poncho is your best bet as no big umbrellas are permitted on the festival site.
Do hit up the on-site cash points and check out the food and drink vendors selling lots of tasty options including veggie and gluten free food.
Don’t bring any type of seating to the festival.
Don’t bring any food or drink. A small, unopened bottle of water is permitted.
Don’t bring selfie sticks or professional cameras.
Don’t leave the festival site unless your’e 100% sure you’re done, there’s no opportunity to re-enter once you leave.
Don’t bring your dog unless it’s a guide dog or hearing dog.
Accesibility
Blue Badge Parking is available at the event, however it is subject to availability. Fusion also has a viewing platform for a set amount of wheelchair users and ambulant attendees, plus one PA/Carer per user. The platform operates on a first come, first served basis and we cannot guarantee access to the platform during busy periods.

Box Office for both events will be located in Sefton Park. Opening times are: Wednesday and Thursday 10am – 5pm, Friday – Sunday 9.30am – 8.30pm.

Children 5 and under are admitted free to Fusion Presents and Fusion Festival. Children 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times and a maximum of 3 children, aged 14 and under, per responsible adult.
