Right October, lets line up another amazing weekend in the best city in the world!
This week we’ve got some autumn dishes, some theatre magic and some musical gold for you to enjoy pus a weekend full of events to either glam up or mooch about. From a big old 90’s reminisce at the Echo Arena and Million Dollar Men shaking what their mommas gave them to chilled out tapas in the suburbs and a bit of pumpkin picking with the kids, there’s something for everyone.

Monday 2nd October
Lunch at Unit 51, Baltic Triangle
The weather is today is typically Autumnal so we’re heading down to the cosy Unit 51 for a big old bowl of soup and plenty of fresh bread (and probably a slab of cake too!) Click here to check out the menu and pull up a pew for a warming lunch and chill out.
Why Aye! Joe plays Joseph at the Liverpool Empire

Go on admit it, like us you know an impressive amount of Dizzee Racal lyrics! Tuesday Brunch at Muster Custom Coffee, Argyle Street
Do we really need to write words here? Just look at those plates of amazingness. What better way to start a blustery Tuesday than at Muster Custom Coffee, a unique coffee shop and hang out on Argyle Street (two mins from Liverpool One) tucking into a hearty brunch. We’re back down the Baltic Triangle on Wednesday night as our very own Jay Hynd introduces a host of scouse acts from across the city battling it out to be named Woodland Hospices’ Gob On Legs 2017. Youngblood Brass Band at Invisible Wind Factory
Experience something different this Thursday night as Youngblood take over the Invisible Wind Factory. Their festival record reads like a list of the heaviest music events in the world: Roskilde, Glastonbury, Lowlands and more. Vintage Fashion at The Shipping Forecast
Pillbox Vintage is back for its usual first Saturday of the month Vintage Fair, only this time it’s going to be bigger and better than ever before! Expect independent vintage stalls; selling everything from women’s and men’s vintage clothing, vinyl and jewellery, to hats, sunglasses and shoes as well as workshops and the chance to have a gab with the sellers. Smithdown Road All Dayer at Handyman Pub
Smithdown Road Festival is staging a mini event this Saturday, just to tide us over until the main one next year.
