BOXPARK Liverpool welcomes new vendor Butter Chicken Factory by Delhi House Cafe

BOXPARK Liverpool is continuing to evolve its street food offering with the arrival of Butter Chicken Factory by Delhi House Cafe.

Already renowned for bringing the vibrant flavours of Delhi to Liverpool, Delhi House Cafe is now expanding its presence in the city with a menu that celebrates one iconic dish: butter chicken.

Joining BOXPARK Liverpool’s growing line-up of independent food traders, Butter Chicken Factory takes Britain’s favourite Indian curry and gives it a bold street food twist, blending authentic Delhi-inspired flavours with creative dishes designed to be enjoyed on the go.

Guests can expect dishes including The Fatty Bao; a steamed bao with butter chicken, pickled onions and coriander, Crunch Factory Taco; a crispy taco stuffed with hand pulled chicken, mango, and green and chilli salsa, Crispy Orange Chicken, Dirty BC Fries loaded with tender chicken poppers and creamy sauce, Little Legends; mini burgers, hand pulled chicken, butter sauce and slaw.

For vegetarian options, there’s the Cheese Melt Paneer Wrap packed with crispy paneer, butter sauce and cheesy slaw, plus Cauli Mex Bowl with steamed rice, crispy cauliflower, mango and chilli salsa, pickled onions and coriander, with every dish freshly prepared using quality ingredients and inspired by the bustling street food culture of India’s capital.

The latest addition further strengthens BOXPARK Liverpool’s diverse food offering, sitting alongside an exciting mix of independent kitchens including Shake?, Simply Salt n Pepper, Yoki Social Table, Rogue Pizza, The Lids & Co, Muther Clucker and Falafel Xpress, serving everything from pizza and Asian fusion to burgers, desserts and more.
